In 1975, a group of Spanish citrus cooperatives joined forces to expand their offering, reach new markets and improve their negotiating power with large retailers.
This led to the creation of Anecoop, a second-degree cooperative, a “cooperative of cooperatives”.
At Anecoop, we want to be more than just a producer and marketer of fruit and vegetables; we want to be pioneers in the implementation of tools to identify, quantify and measure sustainability criteria, as well as establishing a culture of corporate sustainability at all levels.
